Law School Business Office absorbed by Campus Shared Services in the spring

• No longer on-site, serves all of campus
• Not as much flexibility
• Must submit orders well ahead of time (especially food for meetings)
• Must follow procedure or risk not being reimbursed

You’ll continue to submit all orders through JournalOrders@law.berkeley.edu

• Administrator needs to authorize funds and sign off on forms
• Administrator will submit order directly to CSS
• CSS will contact you directly with questions
