General Assembly resolutions are compiled in the last supplement of its official records and are numbered by session. (E.g. A/RES/67/268 is the 268th resolution of the 67th session.)
The resolutions of the Security Council appear in an unnumbered supplement to its official records. It contains a list of resolutions and decisions by number and the page where the full text will be found. Unlike GA resolutions, SC resolutions are numbered in one continuous sequence since 1946.
