Note: some professors do not provide old exams. If you don't find anything in either of the above collections, you can contact the professor directly (or ask a librarian to contact your professor) to inquire about sample exams.

Course materials and preparation for class

Find out what materials have been placed "On reserve" at the library for your course (often listed in your syllabus):

Prepare for class using study aids:

  • Different types of study aids, including Restatements, the Nutshell and Understanding series, Hornbooks, Legal Treatises, and Commercial Outlines, are described in a separate guide focusing on 1L course topics
