There are many facets of physical wellness and holistic physical wellness encourages the balance of physical activity, nutrition, and mental well-being to keep your body in top condition. UC Berkeley Food Pantry
The UC Berkeley Food Pantry is a direct response to the need among the student population for more resources to fight food insecurity––the lack of nutritious food. For additional information about access and hours of operation, please visit the Pantry's site.
University Health Services
At the Tang Center, the UHS registered dietitians provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education for any Berkeley student. Services include: medical nutrition therapy, events, recipes, nutrition blogs, and videos. UHS has also recently launched a new campaign, Eat Well Berkeley, as a health guide for student organizers planning events and meetings.

Additionally, Rec Sports offers a variety of Mind / Body group classes, such as sunrise yoga, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, tai chi, yoga stretch, and yogalates.
