Other libraries at UCB or in the UC system may have received hearings and reports that BerkeleyLaw does not have. Try the UC Library Search's advanced search ...
If found, you may need to visit another UCB library, or initiate an interlibrary loan request via the UC Library Search record, to obtain the report or hearing.
The California State Archives Office will research their Legislative Records collection holdings (scroll down to see general descriptions and dates of collection), which may include materials not published or available in other libraries. This checklist/order form can help you organize your research; the archivists will perform the search for you for free, and charge you a reasonable fee for photocopies. The turnaround time (from receipt of a request to sending out copies) is usually within a week. See the above URL for contact information.
The official California Legislative Information site has quick links to Senate and Assembly Hearing Archives on the right side of the page.
