Student Journals: Journal Zoom and bCal Accounts

All journals can set up a Zoom account using your Journal's bMail  (@berkeley.edu) email address (which have been set up as SPA accounts).

To log in to your journal SPA account:

1. Log out of calnet in your web browser
   1. Click: https://auth.berkeley.edu/cas/logout
2. QUIT BROWSER
3. Open zoom account
4. Sign out of your current zoom account
5. Click “sign in with SSRO”
6. Enter your Berkeley email address
7. Opens the calnet login page prompt in your web browser
8. Enter “+[yourcalnetID]”
9. Select spa-[journal] from your dropdown
10. Launch zoom

To get back into your personal account

1. Log out of Journal zoom account
2. Log out of calnet in web browser
   1. Click: https://auth.berkeley.edu/cas/logout
3. QUIT BROWSER
4. Log back in with your berkeley email address to zoom 
5. Log back into your calnetID (no + sign)

All journals can access the bCal (the linked calendar application in Google) using your Journal's bMail  (@berkeley.edu) email address (which have been set up as SPA accounts).

EICs have been granted access to view, edit, and add additional calendar delegates.  Use the directions below to delegate access to other journal members.
