Student Journals: Article Submission | Scholastica

Article Submission and Scholastica

All UC Berkeley Law Journals have accounts with Scholastica, an online service hub allowing authors to submit to multiple titles at the same time.

  • Each journal designates an administrator for the account, who can then create email notifications to various members for when manuscripts are received, withdrawn, or need special action.

  • Each Journal’s admin login email remains the same each year, with incoming editor prompted to update the password and journal editorial board members (contact Kira if you need your admin email address)

  • Streamlines process for journal editors to track submissions, and communicate with authors

  • Free for journals;  authors pay to be able to submit manuscripts

Scholastica: LOGIN INFO

Once you have your Journal's Admin Editor email address, you can log in to your account.    Don't know you Scholastica login password?

If an editor would like to access the journal account, they can reset the account's password if necessary. To reset the password, they'll go to https://app.scholasticahq.com/login to log in and then click the text that says "Forgot your password?" (click here for a direct link). They'll then type in their email address associated with the journal account. Shortly thereafter, they will receive password reset instructions.

Once you've logged in, you should update your account, such as your editorial board, any author instructions etc.    Don't know where to begin?  Look at the Law Review Board Transition Cheat Sheet.
